How are 3PL prices calculated?
Fulfillment service fees are divided into four separate cost categories. Each invoice provides a detailed breakdown, so you know exactly what you’re being charged for each order. We never charge upfront and don’t impose minimum fees.
Packaging
If you choose to use our high-quality packaging, a fee applies for each packaging item used.
Free for clients who use their own packaging.
Pick & Pack
This covers scanning, picking, and collecting your orders, as well as handing them over to the courier.
Negotiable rates as order volumes increase.
Storage
A monthly fee based on the space your products occupy in the warehouse.
Daily rates decrease the cost for fast-moving products.
Shipping
This is the fee charged by the courier to deliver orders to your customers. A single shipping fee applies per package shipped, not per order.
