How are 3PL prices calculated?

Fulfillment rates are divided into four separate cost categories. Costs are not calculated by a general fee per order. You will receive a full breakdown on each invoice, so you know exactly what you were charged for on each order. We never bill in advance.

Picking

The pick-up of products from stock is calculated based on the order structure: the first SKU, additional SKUs, and additional units of the same SKU.

Pack

Packaging includes package preparation, packaging material, product protection, sealing and AWB application. You can estimate the mix of packaging used in your orders separately.

Storage

Storage is calculated on the volume occupied in the warehouse, expressed in m3 / day. The estimate is indicative, and the final volume is confirmed upon receipt of the goods.

Reception & Extras

Product reception, returns and additional services are calculated separately, only when they are used. This way, you only pay for the operations you actually need.

How many orders do you ship per month?

All prices adjust automatically based on monthly volume.

Monthly order count ?One order = one shipment to an end customer. Service prices decrease automatically with volume — the more you ship, the less you pay per order.

Different SKUs per order (average) ?What does this mean? If a typical order contains 1 unique product → enter 1. If it contains 3 different products → enter 3. The first SKU has a full picking cost. Each additional SKU in the same order is charged separately.

Total units per order (average) ?Example: An order with 1 red t-shirt + 2 white t-shirts = 3 total units, 2 different SKUs. Additional units of the same SKU have a reduced picking cost.

Average weight per order ?Orders over 3 kg have a surcharge of €0.20 per kg for each kg over 3. Ex: 5 kg order → 2 extra kg × €0.20 = €0.40 surcharge.

How per-order cost is calculated: First SKU picking + extra SKU picking + additional units of same SKU + packaging + overweight (if >3kg). All decrease with volume!

€0.40 / m³ / day — measured at reception based on actual volume.

Total estimated volume ?Cum calculezi: L × W × H (meters) × number of products. Ex: 200 boxes of 30×20×15cm = 200 × 0.009 = 1.8 m³. If unsure, estimate roughly — we measure precisely at reception. There is a minimum taxable threshold of 0.09 m³ per SKU because each product occupies an individual shelf location mapped in WMS — even if the physical product is small, the actual shelf space allocated cannot be smaller.

Pack — Packaging

Price includes: product wrapping, void fill and protective materials, parcel sealing and AWB label application. Packaging material (mailer, box) is also included in the price. Courier shipping is not included.

Distribute orders by packaging type as percentages. Total can exceed 100% if an order uses multiple parcels (e.g. 60% mailer + 60% small box = some orders get both).

Goods reception ?Verification, measurement and entry of each product unit into WMS. Cost is calculated per received unit and decreases with order volume. If a unit exceeds 3 kg, a surcharge of €0.20 per kg applies.
